Join the FRLA Northeast Chapter for a training on customer services during the COVID-19 pandemic. This interactive training will discuss the heightened sensitivity of customers and the enhanced regulations of service delivery in the midst of COVID concerns.
Each attendee will be provided a certificate of completion for this 90 minute session, allowing the employer to compensate or acknowledge the participants effort.
