Unlike any other Aspiring Innkeeper Workshop, this all-inclusive workshop includes Education, Workbook & Consultation. Education includes knowledge about the Bed and Breakfast Industry from acquiring, retrofitting, building a Bed and Breakfast, including regulatory, zoning, government, Fire Safety, Alcohol Licensing, marketing your Inn and understanding Exit Strategies, plus every day Operations, to help you make an educated decision on how or if you want to proceed into the hospitality industry. Pattie Detwiler, Florida Bed and Breakfast Specialist, will be your Instructor.
Full Workshop – $425.00 for one person or $500.00 for a couple Includes Breakfast & Lunch on Monday, Breakfast on Tuesday and personalized consultation to be scheduled. Space is Limited, so please register early to ensure your place.
Space will be limited to ensure personal interaction. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. If the workshop is full, we will advise you immediately and place you on a priority waiting list.
