This all-inclusive workshop includes Education and consultation. Education includes knowledge about the Bed and Breakfast Industry from acquiring, retrofitting, building a Bed and Breakfast, including regulatory, zoning, government, Fire Safety, Alcohol Licensing, marketing your Inn, plus every day operations, to help you make an educated decision on how or if you want to proceed into the hospitality industry.
Highlights include:
- How to find your inn- acquiring, retrofitting or building a Bed & Breakfast
- Regulatory information- zoning, government rules, fire safety, alcohol licensing
- Marketing your Inn
- Evaluating how your Inn is doing
- Everyday operation- tips and tricks from current B&B Owners
- Free consultation following program to help you evaluate and plan your next steps
Fees: $125.00 per person, includes lunch and dinner
Attendees are encouraged to spend the night at one of the many inns in St. Augustine. While this is not required, it will be a wonderful experience. To receive a listing of Inns that are providing discounts for attendees, please contact Nicole.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation within 30 days prior to the seminar will receive full credit for a future seminar. Lodging cancellations will be governed by the Inn’s cancellation policy.
