FRLAEF Regional Workshop at Keiser University SARASOTA Campus

ATTIRE  Students should be dressed in t-shirts, pants and closed-toe shoes. All attending students receive a complimentary chef jacket. If desired, students may come dressed in chef attire and you may take the chef coats with you back to your classroom.

PARKING  Check-in will begin at 8:00 am in the Dining room which is in the South building on the first floor. This is the second building you come to.

Lunch will be provided for all attendees. Please let us know if any student has a food allergy.

Students will rotate through sessions centered around Latin American tastes, textures, and flavors including Mojo Pork, Shrimp Vera Cruz, Mexican Street Corn, and more.
