As leaders we owe it to those, we lead to consistently improve our leadership. Many hospitality employees have risen to the call of doing what is needed in the workplace by putting in longer hours, which inevitably takes a toll on us physically, mentally, and emotionally. That leads to declining levels of engagement, increasing levels of distraction, high turnover rates, and soaring medical costs among employees. Everyone deserves a good leader, and everyone wins when a leader gets better.
Small discussion groups will explore ideas to help us recognize what we need to be working on and when we perform the best.
