Enjoy an evening of inspired cuisine created by top local restaurants with the help of young aspiring chefs. EATS (Education, Agriculture, Together, Showcase) is designed to support hospitality and culinary education and Florida agriculture by bringing students, restaurants, and farmers together to showcase their products and talents.

One of the main reasons for the event is to generate funds to provide scholarships to high school students graduating with hospitality (HTMP) and culinary (Pro Start) diplomas who are attending college. The FRLA Palm Beach Chapter Education Committee will select winners in 2018 and provide scholarships closer to the end of the school year when the students have selected a college for admission. They can be officially recognized at the following years FRLA Palm Beach EATS, a Homegrown event.

• Date: Friday, January 26, 2018, from 6-9pm
• Price: $25 parents and faculty, $75 members and $100 non-members,
• Style: Reception featuring outdoor stations around Hilton garden area.
• Entertainment: DJ
• Silent Auction: Featuring local hotels, restaurants, spas and golf clubs
• Food Stations: Participating restaurants and farms
• Coffee Station: Provided by Oceana Coffee
