As our industry faces unprecedented times, we are charting a course to reopen, revitalize and retool our businesses to show the world we are an industry of resilience. We will overcome and continue to serve our guests and patrons with remarkable and paralleled service, the hallmark of the industry.

The Suncoast Chapter is pleased to welcome FRLA Chairman, Sheldon Suga, Vice President and Managing Director of Hawks Cay Resort, Florida Keys, as he discusses the ability of the industry to successfully adapt and overcome the challenges presented by COVID-19.
