Who attends the FRLA Summit?
Decision-making executives and staff of the hospitality industry attend this event: Chief Executive Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Restaurant and Hotel General Managers, Directors of Marketing, Director of Human Resources, Food & Beverage Directors, Head Chefs, Social Media Managers, Marketing Coordinators, Directors of Operations and Sales.
Is there a special FRLA Hotel Rate?
Yes! Reserve your hotel room online or by calling the hotel directly at (954) 525-4000. The FRLA room block closes July 6, 2018.
Standard Room Rate: $169.00/Upgrades available: $189.00 Pool View Rooms and $209.00 Ocean View Rooms.
Group rate valid three (3) days pre and post program dates (August 7-8), based on hotel availability.
Optional Daily Resort Fee: $15.00 (plus 11% tax per room per night). The resort fee covers the following amenities:
Enhanced high-speed Internet access
Two welcome drinks per stay
Two bottles of water per guest room per day
One beach umbrella daily
Two beach mat rentals daily
One hour rental per day of non-motorized water sports equipment (Surf/Paddle/Boogey Boards and Kayaks)
Two fitness classes per day
One hour of tennis per stay, including rackets
One hour of snorkeling gear rental per day
Summit attendees receive a 10% discount on all hotel restaurant meals and spa treatments (must have FRLA Summit badge). Additionally, the spa offers two discounted treatments a a rate of $99 (gratuity will be on the original retail price).
What are my parking options at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa?
Self-parking is $8.00 per day. Self-parking overnight is $20.00 per day.
Valet parking is $10.00 per day. Valet parking overnight is $35.00 per day.
What meals are included with summit registration?
Lunch on Tuesday, August 7 and Wednesday, August, 8; Breakfast on Wednesday, August 8. Snacks and beverages will also be provided throughout the breakout sessions.
Where are the meeting rooms?
General Session Lunches and Breakfast will be held in the Ocean Ballroom. Breakout sessions, the Sponsor Marketplace and Hospitality Happy Hour will be held in Caribbean Ballroom and Foyer. View the Marriot Harbor Beach Resort property map.

What is the dress code?
Dress in business casual or business attire.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. If you pre-register, you will have a name badge waiting for you at the Registration Desk. Otherwise, day-of registration is $229.
Registration: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET on Tuesday, August 7, and 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM ET on Wednesday, August 8.

What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds will be issued until July 23, 2018; contact Sally Davis at sdavis@FRLA.org. Additionally, we offer a money back guarantee. We promise a top-notch event, and we mean it. If you aren’t fully satisfied with you 2018 FRLA Marketing + Operations Summit experience, we’ll refund your registration fee.
