Who attends the FRLA Summit?
Decision-making executives and staff of the hospitality industry attend this event: Chief Executive Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Restaurant and Hotel General Managers, Directors of Marketing, Director of Human Resources,  Food & Beverage Directors, Head Chefs, Social Media Managers, Marketing Coordinators, Directors of Operations and Sales.

Is there a special FRLA Hotel Rate?
Yes! You can reserve your hotel room online or by calling the hotel directly for reservations, (954) 525-4000. The FRLA Hotel Block closes Tuesday, July 4, 2017.

Standard Room Rate: $166.00/Upgrades available: $186.00 Pool View Rooms and $206.00 Ocean View Rooms.
Group rate valid three (3) days pre and post program dates (August 2-3), based on hotel availability.

Daily Resort Fee: $25.00 (plus 11% tax per room per night). The resort fee covers the following amenities:
Enhanced high-speed Internet access
Two welcome drinks per stay
Two bottles of water per guest room per day
One beach umbrella daily
Two beach mat rentals daily
One hour rental per day of non-motorized water sports equipment (Surf/Paddle/Boogey Boards and Kayaks)
Two fitness classes per day
One hour of tennis per stay, including rackets
One hour of snorkeling gear rental per day

What should I expect when I check into my hotel room?
Please pick up your welcome back in the lobby when you check-in at the hotel. Make note that the hotel is offering 10% off hotel restaurant meals and spa treatments (must have FRLA Summit badge).

What are my parking options at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa?
Self-day parking is $8.00 per car. Self-overnight parking is $20.00 per car.
Valet day parking is $10.00 per car. Valet overnight parking is $25.00 per car.

Where are the meeting rooms?
General Session Lunches and Breakfast will be held in the Ocean Ballroom. Breakout sessions, the sponsor lobby and Hospitality Happy Hour will be held in Caribbean Ballroom and Foyer. View the Marriot Harbor Beach Resort property map.

Where can I obtain an attendee list? 
View who has registered on the bottom of the Eventbrite page.

What is the dress code?
Dress in business casual or business attire.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. If you pre-register, you will have a name badge waiting for you at the Registration Desk.  Otherwise, day-of registration is $229.
Registration: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, August 2, and 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, August 3.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes, if you already have an Eventbrite account, simply log-in to update. If you do not have an account, you can create one, or email Marjorie Stone Please note that any changes made after July 19 may not be reflected in name badges at registration.

What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds will be issued until July 19 at 5:00 PM EST. Contact Marjorie Stone. Refunds may take up to 24 hours to process.
