Roka Hula, True Grit Hospitality's Pan-Asian concept, is hiring experienced Line Cooks for our Delray Beach location. Everything we do has a good time in mind behind it!
Job responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in accordance with quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
Experience:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-player attitude
