7th Annual Pinellas ROSE Awards – Nomination Submission

The ROSE awards are designed to honor the best frontline and service individuals who embody the qualities of dependability, passion, and commitment to customer service. We are calling on you to nominate those who have gone above and beyond to provide service excellence.

Let’s celebrate those who serve as role models to their peers and make a difference in the lives of their guests. Join us in recognizing and rewarding the best of the best! Please nominate who went above and beyond to provide service excellence.

Nominations are open to all hospitality business (do not have to be an FRLA member) and may be submitted by employees and immediate supervisors who know of worthy candidates. Managers are not eligible for nomination.

ROSE Award recipients will be selected for excellent service during the past 12 months by a blue chip panel. ROSE Award nominees include, but are not limited to the following categories*

• Hotels: Front desk, housekeeping, valet, bellmen, security, maintenance, engineers
• Restaurants: Chef, cook, kitchen staff, hostesses, bartenders, servers
• Attractions: Any customer facing employees
• Other: Work directly with visitors, volunteers, greeters

*This list of categories is not all inclusive. Nominees from other categories may also be submitted. Each nominees will receive a finalist certificate commemorating their remarkable contributions. Winners will be presented with prestigious ROSE Award.
