Volusia ROSE Awards – Nominations

The ROSE awards are designed to honor the best frontline hospitality individuals who embody the qualities of dependability, passion, and commitment to customer service. We are calling on you to nominate those who have gone above and beyond to provide service excellence. Let’s celebrate those who serve as role models to their peers and make a difference in the lives of their guests. Join us in recognizing and rewarding the best of the best!

Nominations are open to all hospitality businesses in Volusia County (do not have to be an FRLA member) and may be submitted by employees and immediate supervisors who know of worthy candidates. Managers are not eligible for nomination.

Special Recognition Award Definitions:

Hospitality Employee of the Year
Recognizes an outstanding frontline employee who consistently exceeds expectations through exceptional customer service, professionalism, teamwork, and dedication. This award may be selected from the winners of the individual employee categories.

Hospitality Leader of the Year
Recognizes a manager, supervisor, department head, or executive who demonstrates outstanding leadership, inspires their team, contributes to organizational success, and exemplifies excellence in the hospitality industry.

The Bob Davis Hospitality Legacy Award

The Bob Davis Hospitality Legacy Award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated a lifetime of dedication, leadership, and service to the hospitality industry. Named in honor of Bob Davis, whose 50-year career helped shape and strengthen Volusia County’s hospitality community, this award celebrates those who have made a lasting impact through professional excellence, mentorship, community involvement, and commitment to advancing the industry.
