Employee Criminal Background Checks and the EEOC’s New Enforcement Guidance

September 19, 2012 –  The seminar will address the importance of employee background checks and potential employer liability.  The seminar will also discuss the EEOC’s recent enforcement guidance on the use of criminal background checks to screen applicants and current employees and the circumstances where the employer’s criminal background check policy or practice may run afoul of Title VII, thereby, creating greater risk for employers.
