VISIT FLORIDA Fully Funded at $76 Million The Florida Legislature has approved HB 1A Economic Programs, bringing a remarkable conclusion to our industry’s tenacious fight for VISIT FLORIDA funding. This legislation will fully fund VISIT FLORIDA at $76 million for Fiscal Year 2017-18 and includes transparency and accountability reforms. The bill was amended as it relates to one-to-one match calculations, creating four private match categories and removing limitations for destination marketing organizations to allow tourist development tax dollars to be used as matching funds.
