FRLA Northeast Chapter: Continuing Education Application

• This is a tuition reimbursement scholarship awarded to hospitality employees who are seeking further education in their respective field. • The student must have been an employee for at least one year at a FRLA member place of business. • Students can attend a certification program, state college or university in the state of Florida. • Student must receive a B- (2.75) or higher in the classes or pass the certification exam to be awarded the scholarship. • Up to two scholarships will be awarded ranging from $500-$1,000. Applications are accepted July-September and awarded in November/December. Reimbursement will be made after the completion of the class/program. A transcript or exam certificate or transcript is required for reimbursement.
