FRLA Northeast Chapter: Employee at a FRLA member business Scholarship Application

Graduating Senior (of a parent who is employed at a FRLA member business) • This scholarship will be awarded to a graduating high school student whose parents are employed at a FRLA member business. Employee must have worked at business for at least one year. • Student must have attended high school in Baker, Clay, Duval, Putnam, Nassau, or St. Johns county. • Student must be enrolled/plan to enroll in a college within the State of Florida (Proof of enrollment will be required). • Student must have at least a 2.75 cumulative GPA • Up to two scholarships will be award, the scholarship amount is a maximum of $1,000. Applications are accepted July-September for Spring tuition and will be awarded in November/December.

    This scholarship will be awarded to an employee of a FRLA member business. Employee must have worked at business for at least one year.
  • Provide the following information: Supervisor name, title, email and phone number. How long you have worked at this business? We will be reaching out to employer to confirm employment.
