The Marketing Council is comprised of restaurateurs, hoteliers, and marketing professionals. The Council was formed in 2010 for the purpose of answering two core questions:
- How can FRLA help our members reach their customers?
- How can FRLA better reach our members?
Now, the Council assists the FRLA membership department in the conception and implementation of solutions to help build and grow the Marketing + Operations Summit. These solutions will include – but are not limited to – developing marketing strategies to reach attendees (both members and non-members) and suggesting potential topics and speakers that keep our event on the cutting edge. The council meets twice annually at the Summer Board Meeting and the Fall Board Meeting (in conjunction with the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show). Approximately four – six conference calls are also held throughout the year, as needed.
