The Suncoast Chapter is thrilled to announce the esteemed 2025 FRLA State Chairman, Nick Sarra, as the keynote speaker at this year’s annual Chairman’s luncheon. Nick Sarra is Partner & Chief Executive Officer for Saltwater Restaurants Inc., which includes nine iconic high-volume restaurants with 1,000 employees across the Florida panhandle, as well as a sizable beachfront shopping and dining venue. This is a unique opportunity to hear from Nick as he shares his inspiring journey in the industry, delving into his core business philosophies and the significance of cultivating a positive work culture. Furthermore, he will emphasize the crucial role of community engagement and political involvement in shaping our industry’s future.
The 2025 FRLA Restaurateur of the Year and a Sarasota local, Mike Quillen, will also be in attendance and receive special recognition during our luncheon.
