Joy Michelle Boyd is the Area Managing Director for Davidson Hospitality, where she oversees the operations of seven properties within the Pivot lifestyle and boutique division. These properties include Key West Historic Inns, Wave Resort, and Bungalow Hotel. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has previously served as the Area Managing Director at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, as well as for the Inn on Fifth in Naples. Prior to her time in Naples, Joy acted as General Manager at Baker’s Cay in the Florida Keys, among other hospitality leadership roles in Louisiana and Iowa.
Joy has contributed to the community through her work as a Corporate Ambassador for Give Kids the World. Beyond her duties at Davidson Hospitality and her role on the FRLA board, Joy is also a board member of the Lodging Association of the Florida Keys and Key West.
