The ROSE (Recognition of Service Excellence) Awards recognizes Monroe County front line hospitality employees who demonstrate excellent customer service. These industry champions showcase the region’s commitment to creating an extraordinary visitor experience.
ROSE Award Nominees must meet these requirements:- Individual must be a front line employee (no management or supervisor positions)
- Open to all hospitality businesses in Monroe County, FL
- Individual must work at place of business for at least 90 days prior to the nomination deadline
- Individual should exemplify the following characteristics: dependable, passionate, serves as role model to peers and committed to the customer
