Recently, RCS upgraded its online training platform in a continuing effort to provide the highest quality Responsible Vendor Training available. RCS is now better able to manage data collection to ensure clients have access to staff records necessary for compliance with the Florida Responsible Vendor Act (F.S. 561.701). Each client received an informational letter with instructions for accessing the new online training. Some clients were unsure of the purpose of online training within the context of the law and contacted RCS for clarification. The following serves to correct misconceptions about online training and what is required to ensure full compliance with the law.
