NOMINATION DETAILS 

ROSE Award nominees must meet these three requirements: 

• Individual must be a line employee (hourly staff members, not management)
• Individual must work at a place of business for at least 90 days from the nomination deadline
• Individual should exemplify the following characteristics: dependable, passionate, serves as a role model to peers, and committed to the customer

*Nominations are open to all hospitality businesses in Northeast Florida (Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns Counties)

Nominate your employee using the form below. To view the list of categories, scroll down to the drop down of “AWARD CATEGORY.” Note, the ROSE Award committee may choose to combine categories after close of nominations, based on the number of nominations received. If this happens to someone you nominate, you will be notified.
