Nomination Deadline: March 9, 2026
- Individuals must be front-line employees (no management, director, or supervisor positions)
- Open to all tourism related businesses in Monroe County
- Individuals must work at their place of business for at least 90 days from the nomination deadline.
- Individuals should exemplify the following characteristics: dependable, enthusiastic, serve as role models to peers, and committed to customers.
- Nominees must be present at the ROSE awards to win.
