Join the FRLA Lee Chapter for the 2024 Taco Cook-off between local Lee County High School ProStart teams. Hosted at the Shangri-La Springs, local ProStart culinary student and instructor teams will prepare signature tacos and side dishes for attendees and judges, hoping for a chance to be crowned overall “Champion” or “Fan Favorite” of the Taco Take Down! In addition to great food, there will be music, raffles, and auction items. Guests will not only be able to try the student and instructor’s creations, but they will also lend a hand in the judging process, picking the Fan Favorite Winner.

Non-alcoholic drinks will be included in the ticket price. Cash bar will be available for attendees 21 and over.
